Sunset Moons, Hand Painted Amethyst Necklace by Fernworks

This one-of-a-kind necklace features a hand-painted lunar scene layered in polished resin, with a real slice of polished amethyst attached. 

Pendant measures approx 1.25" x 1.25" with an 18" antiqued brass chain. 

Faryn Davis of Fernworks creates tiny, intricate worlds in resin. She blends miniature painted scenes and found specimens, from real grass, lichen, feathers, gemstones, and ethically sourced bones, into dimensional resin artwork and jewelry. Each piece is hand-painted with toothpicks and brushes, layered in epoxy, then polished into delicate, dreamlike 3-D landscapes populated by magical symbols, birds, bears, foxes, and other creatures.
