Great for scrapbooking and collaging, this Good Design award-winning ceramic cutter makes it easy to cut out sections of magazines, newspapers, and decorative paper. Its 360-degree rotating head lets you cut in straight or curved lines without constantly adjusting the paper. Only a small sliver of blade sticks out from the head, so you can cut just one sheet at a time. Using it with a cutting mat is recommended.
A cap securely fastens over the blade to keep it safely covered when not in use, and the cap posts onto the back of the cutter to keep it from getting lost. Replacement blades are available.
Caution: This cutter's blade is very small and sharp. Be aware that this tool takes some getting used to, so practice before using it on something important that requires precision. There are a few helpful videos on YouTube with good tips! After getting through the learning curve, this thing can save you literal hours you'd otherwise spend with scissors.
