The buttery sweetness of shortbread meets the salty crunch of a pretzel! We took bread crumbs from our Original Salted Pretzels and used them in place of much of the flour in classic shortbread to create a delicate, buttery cookie that is sweet and just a bit salty. Enjoy them on their own or alongside a morning coffee or evening ice cream. These are some unique and delicious cookies you definitely won't want to share! We know that because we won our second Good Food Award in 2022 for these exciting new treats!

On Tap Kitchen was born to make quality snacks for Colorado breweries and then grew up to craft crunchy pretzels from the perfect soft pretzel. Since perfection starts with the ingredients, we strive to source everything we can from Colorado, including our sunflower oil and organic flours, and commit to never using the artificial seasonings that are in so most snack foods today.
