East Nashville Handmade Pottery Mug

$48.50

Made just for us! We love a roomy mug, and why not use one to show your neighborhood pride?

Wheel-thrown from speckled brown stoneware in a Shenandoah Valley studio, with "East Nashville" stamped into the raw clay band at the base. The glaze runs down over the top two-thirds and stops just short, so the toasty clay body shows through — every mug comes out a little different.

  • Handmade stoneware
  • Capacity: 16 oz
  • Food-safe glaze
  • Dishwasher and microwave safe
  • Sold individually

Barbarah Robertson has been throwing pots in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley since the early 1990s and works full time from her studio in Strasburg. Her husband Bruce left carpentry to join her in 2014 and handles glazing, kiln work, and every single handle on every single mug. Their focus is functional kitchen and tableware built for daily use.
