Simple syrup made from fresh whole grapefruit, rosemary, and raw sugar. Wonderful for cocktails, mocktails, and flavoring soda water, tea, or coffee. Using the whole grapefruit makes this syrup a perfect balance of bitter, tart, and sweet. Especially delicious in Old Fashioneds, Moscow Mules, and Palomas.
