A circus made of wildflowers - original oil painting on wood

Wildflower Circus Tent Original Oil Painting by Amanda Blake

A tiny circus tent covered in wildflowers, painted in oil on a wood block by artist Amanda Blake. Loose, abstract blooms in reds, pinks, oranges, and yellows (and sometimes a little blue and purple) fill the tent, finished with white scalloped trim and a red flag on top. Strands of colorful bunting swing across the top. The white background is built up in layers over a wash of color, so it has a rich texture and leans a little pink or a little blue from piece to piece. Amanda makes every block herself, and every painting is a one-of-a-kind original, so yours will be unique.
