About the authors
Matthew Oestreicher is a producer, performer, writer, an educator, and the author. He has provided music for many national television shows and frequently works on Broadway. He is certified as a yoga teacher, an Integral Tai Chi/Chi Gong teacher, and a massage therapist. Matt has a degree in philosophy from Tufts University and a degree in music from the New England Conservatory of Music. He is currently completing a master's degree in mental health counseling at New York University (2021).
Brian Leaf, MA, is an author. Brian has a BA in business, English, and theology from Georgetown University and an MA from Lesley College, specializing in yoga and Ayurveda. He leads mindfulness, yoga, and productivity programs at businesses and yoga centers around the country, and yes, he would love to keynote your annual meeting or event!
